It was a beautiful day in the Hidden Leaf Village. The sun was shining, and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. It was a perfect day to massacre children in the name of training. A group of young Genin had gathered just outside the Forest of Death, hoping to pass the fabled Chunin Exams. The great grandmaster ninja, John Doe, who is also wise and handsome, greeted the young, respectable Genin.

"Sup, f/maggots, I'm Doe and I'll be your proctor for the Chunin Exams. You'll be split into two teams. The first team, which we'll call 'Villagers,' are tasked with staying alive. Simple, right? The second team, 'Rogues,' will be tasked with killing off the Villagers. The Rogues will be hidden among the Villagers, so it's up to them to weed out the Rogues and lynch them. The Villagers win if you find and lynch all the Rogues, and the Rogues win if their numbers are equal to or greater than the Villagers. Well, what are you waiting for? You have your assignments. Let the Chunin Exams begin!"

With that, the young ninjas dashed into the Forest of Death. Who would win this new game of Mafia?


The first Day Phase has started. It will last for 48 hours, or until 10 PM EST on Friday. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

You know I'm always one to advocate a Day 1 lynching, but I would prefer a bit more to go on than the actions of the game prior. If we're not careful about how we go about this, things are gonna get ruff real quick and in a hurry.

For Rose, shitposting is a viable strategy, ya know. It can get people talking, which is pretty much the only way we have to get information during the day phase.

I should probably make more of an effort to figure out who people are, given how goddamn obvious you're all being. Especially you, Blue. But it's been a while since I read Naruto and I've got better things to do than laze around reading manga like you otakus.

I'd think about lynching someone but so few people have posted that it'd simply be unfair to go on what's currently there. I'm going to bed soon but I think this'll still be open tomorrow.

Am I that transparent? I thought I was being pretty circumspect with my quirk. Oh well, I suppose in that case, I might as well be obnoxious about it. Who knows, maybe it'll get a chuckle or two out of the crowd. Every dog has his day, after all.

As for my people guesses... Mal is pretty obviously Hinata. King B is Naruto. I think Rose is Shikamaru, but maybe not. I haven't really kept up with Naruto since Shikamaru got his Chunin status... Sig is probably Sasuke. And that's all I got for now.
