The straight-haired male known as HF17 was led up to the gallows with a silent honor. When the platform kicked under, his eyes went wide as everyone's did at the time, but he remained silently other than the involuntary gurgles.

At his death, two of the Mafia looked at one another with concern, for the Townspeople had finally gotten one of their number. HF17 was a Mafia member, and was hanged for his crimes. It had been his idea to do the chopping of the body parts. Perhaps it was bad luck.

Whatever the case was, the rejoicing was short lived. There were still two Mafia members left, and night time was already creeping over the horizon. Despite their victory, one of them would still die tonight.

At this point, it didn't matter what their personal beliefs were. They all prayed, in one form or another. All of them.

((OOC: HF17 was Mafia, nicely done folks. But there are still 2 left, and it's nighttime once more.
