Cell would like to send his regards and that he thinks about Chubbs often. He just doesn't have enough time to spend and keep up with the quality of work he expects from himself. But he does plan on coming back to us someday.
Also, he says that the next person who gets Cell better not make a fool of him. Hahaha.
Cell, you will be greatly missed.
