I think he's got the very essence of comedy. He knows how to make an audience laugh by the way he tells his jokes, even more so than the jokes themselves (which, personally, I think are quite good). The only two comedians I'd rather listen to are Bill Cosby and Steven Wright.

You have to see/hear his whole routine. In a lot of his jokes he'll references jokes he made ealier, so if you didn't hear the first joke then the next one is lost on you. It's his way of breaking down the fourth wall and making it personal. So it feels like an inside joke between you and Dane.

I honestly think he's the funniest man alive.
