Sooner you apply, the better chance you get of making it. Last year I had 47 sign-ups, and 44 played

Burter's going to play? How is that going to work out? I'm confused about how you can participate in the saga, while still judging and running it(unless there are going to be multiple judges this year?).

Even though stats aren't going to affect the outcome of a fight, are you still going to incorporate them into your writing?

ie. Raditzu is still faster than Bra when you're writing them fighting, but Bra still manages to beat Raditzu by shooting him in the face with a shotgun.

I'm just asking for the sake of curiosity. The whole "stats don't count" thing has always rubbed me the wrong way when I'm trying to RP.

Yea, of course. I'm not going to just have Billy Bob suddenly be equal in power to Raditzu. Stats just don't count in terms of judging, but not storyline
