can you use the scouter to locate people?
like where people are on the map?
you wouldn't know who is who but you would know what space people are on.

Like I told someone else, a monkey could be okay. A stretch, but ok

I guess a wolf pack could be around, but the idea is that no dangerous animals are there so it doesn't detract from the fighters killing each other

If the danger zone has been activated, yes. You have to go around

They activated 24 OOC hours after being announced. So zones announced today will be active tommorrow
