Toma I'm sorry but Garlic Senior just completed this quest just the other day and was rewarded for it. Someone on staff should have marked the quest complete or at least seen that you had started it when someone else finished it. I can't reward you for the quest, if you feel that you still deserve something take it up with a Super Mod or Admin. There is nothing I can do sorry.
