I'm wondering how Dracula is listening to transmissions that were sent out only to Merc's, orders given to us only in one of the 'official story posts' to get a transmission reciever thing, he'd have to kill a PC... or that's my thinking. Which he hasn't. So how is he doing this. If he's magical, i won't to be able to listen to King Vegeta's thoughts. and i want a pony.

He killed NPCs and stole their transmitters, I don't think he knew only the PC's recieved that message. I didn't even know that.

What Dracula did is fine. The saiyans haven't really been doing much communicating, but if I make a post involving frequency, I'll state whether it can be picked up by someone else or not.

I tried my best fit him and you in my post. He didn't really talk to me about it either, but it was fine. I kind of brushed him off. I have enough people to worry about RPing =( Two is my limit right now.

For the record, if anyone ever tried to RP Buu without asking me or my group first, I'd petition for said post to be deleted (staff events excluded >_>) or else just flat out ignore them. Not that I have an aversion to RPing with new people. On the contrary. I just think it's courteous to let someone know when you're going to use their character.
