It's only for me. I'm the only courier, I believe.

No, #2 isn't the only post to grade. Posting a quest is a two-step process for the person doing it. The thread is made when the quest is started, identifying what Rank the quest is and where it starts.

Part 2 is when the quest is finished. The member replies to their own thread, stating the quest has been "completed" and identifying the final post in the quest.

The rules say nothing about posting when you begin. I'm not saying you can't, but before say it's expected, you should alter the rules.

Here is all I see regarding posting about a quest:

"When you’ve completed a job quest, post a thread in the Updates forum asking for a grade, and based on your rank and effort, you’ll receive zeni for it."
