Any official announcement that is not in a role-play in the Control Room thread will go here. I recommend that everybody read those role-plays, because they help contain information about what's going on in the game.
The game has officially begun. The collar clocks have been activated, and the first detonation is set to go off after 11:59 PM on Wednesday evening, PST. After that, it's up to the players to keep track. Each person will wake up with a ki rifle next to them as an in-game weapon. You may keep it and use it or throw it away as you like. As of now, Challenge Lists are locked in, and will be taken into account when the Combat Days begin.
For those of you who did not role-play during the preliminaries (Trafford, Tempo, John Doe, and REM-13), remember that the score of your first RP will become your starting Point Value, so make it a good one. I recommend you get that post up as soon as possible. It doesn't count towards your RP Score, so if you are able to get up multiple posts, it'll help you for the first Combat Day.
Lastly, I'd like to thank everybody who signed up (even those of you who were forced to by my unofficial saga recruiter ). I really do appreciate it. Good luck, have fun, and I hope I can make this a good saga for you guys.

After reading some of the role-plays and fielding some questions about the weapons, I'd like to go ahead and make it "official" that you are all allowed to customize how your ki rifle looks. The only limitations regarding your weapon is that it must fire ki, and it must be hand-held. Tamsin made his look like a knife, which is okay, because it still fires ki.

H'okay, there is still much confusion as to how collars work. Apparently people are under the impression that you need to enter a bunker every two days, but it's only once every four days. Lemme break it down:
The collar clocks started on Sunday, right? The very first deadline is 11:59 PM on Wednesday, PST. I'm using 11:59 so I don't confuse anybody or myself. At 11:59 PM on Wednesday, the clocks go off. You need to enter a bunker one time before 11:59 on Wednesday in order to be safe. It doesn't matter whether you enter the bunker on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, so long as it is before Wednesday at 11:59 PM. If you successfully enter a bunker before 11:59 PM on Wednesday, you will be safe until the next timer goes off, which is at 11:59 PM on Sunday. Therefore, after 11:59 PM on Wednesday, you will need to enter a bunker once before 11:59 PM on Sunday. If you successfully do so, you will be safe until the next timer goes off. See the pattern? Once every four days.
A Combat Day can happen at any time, so it is advisable to enter a bunker at least 48 hours before a timer goes off, because if you do not, you will be stuck in a Stasis Field and dusted.

Sorry that took so long. I apologize for the last few fights getting such short conclusions compared to the earlier ones, but I was running out of steam at that point and I wanted to make sure they were done. I hope I managed to get your characters right. If not, feel free to let me know. Everybody is doing an awesome job so far, and I really enjoy reading what you guys write.
As far as "what happens after the stasis field disengages," your characters are teleported to different areas of the Sector. They are not returned to where they were previously, but they aren't near their previous opponent, either. So for those of you who are moving in a group, you'll have to "find" each other again.
Also, since this is my first saga, I don't exactly have all of the "bugs" worked out of the dynamics, so I have to learn on the fly as to what is best for the overall format. Given the nature of the specific time frame people have in which to post (coupled with the widely different schedules), and realizing that I did not clarify certain points as well as I should have, Combat Days will still be given at random, although they will now always be announced at midnight, PST. So, you still won't know which day is going to be a Combat Day, but now you know exactly what time they will happen. This way, people hopefully have the security of knowing when they should make their posts.
Thank you all for your patience. I appreciate it.

There. No more confusion.
EDIT: Collar clocks have been extended from 4 days to 5. The updated calendar already reflects this change.

Okay, kids. Judgments are completed and results are posted. I'm sorry that it takes me so long to get through them, but I try to make sure that each one is worth reading. There won't be an update RP tonight, because I am wiped.
A couple of things, though. One, I can guarantee there won't be a Combat Day next Thursday or Friday, because it's Thanksgiving, and that's holiday time for family. So for our two players who do not celebrate it, think of it as time to kick back for a couple days. Second, I will be driving tonight (technically it's Friday even though I haven't gone to bed yet), so I will not be here. Since I'm not going to be here to enforce the collar deadline, I'll extend it until Saturday. HOWEVAH! The next deadline will still be Wednesday the 25th, so don't forget.
Keep up the good work, guys. Your role-plays keep getting better and better as the saga goes along.

Seven players left, and four must be eliminated before the finale can begin. It's crunch time, so don't get tired on me just yet. Nothing really all that special for this announcement, save for the fact that Thanksgiving break is approaching. I'll get a new collar clock up sometime this weekend. Like I've been saying, we're on good enough track that I likely will NOT bump it up to two posts per person, so we'll wait for the finale to change the posting limits. My goal is to be completed within a couple of rounds, because after Thanksgiving, Christmas fast approaches and everything gets crazy, including my work schedule.
Looking forward to how this thing turns out!

There's the collar clock schedule for this month. I absolutely do not expect it to drag on all month; like I said, I hope for this to be done within a couple of rounds, which should be no longer than a week or two. Since we only have six people left, we have three more to eliminate before I initiate the finale.
The November calendar is still a couple of posts up.

This is our first Coliseum Fight of the game, and possibly our last; your thread is stickied at the top of the forum. You guys get a maximum of 2 posts each, and 72 hours to post. This means that all the other fights will be done Tuesday at 11:59 PM, but you will be done on Wednesday at 11:59 PM. I recommend getting at least one post in, even if you cannot complete your second. Remember, this is an elimination match. Good luck, gentlemen.

I sincerely hope that Coliseum conclusion did you both justice. That was an awesome, awesome fight, and a very tough call. I'll finish up the Teleporter post shortly. I will likely not get the Control Room post up tonight, but we'll see.
As for the rest of you, welcome to the Top 5. In alphabetical order, we have:
1.) Alexander Trafford
2.) Ashe
3.) Sage
4.) Sophia
5.) Tamsin
Congratulations to all of you for making it this far. This round will be very deciding for how the finale plays out, so give it your best shot for the home stretch! The saga is almost over, and I have to say, it's been an absolute blast, and I hope you guys feel the same. Thank you also to those of you who are still following the saga even though you've been eliminated. I think the best is yet to come, and I'm very excited!

Fights are done, Tamsin's Teleporter post must wait. I will conduct the official finale "ceremony" sometime tonight or possibly tomorrow with that very long-awaited Control Room RP, which will now be giant because I'm combining it with the one I've been working on.
Congratulations to the final four (in alphabetical order): Alexander Trafford, Ashe, Sage, and Sophia.
Prepare yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, because the finale will be a four-way brawl and I'm sure VERY intense. Alas, I must go, because I'm about to be late.

The Finale will be conducted in two phases: Part 1, and Part 2.
Part 1 will begin at 11:00pm PST on Wednesday, and will last for 72 hours, meaning it ends on 11:00pm PST on Saturday. Each player will post once; the order does not matter to me. If you do not post, you WILL be eliminated. The bottom two players will be eliminated and the top two will go on to Part 2, which is the head-to-head match. This is like the "playoffs" of DA.
Part 2 will begin at 11:59pm PST on Saturday and will last for 72 hours, meaning it ends on 11:59pm PST on Tuesday. Each player will get two posts each. This is like the "Super Bowl" of DA.
The Finale will be scored independently of the rest of the saga. Point Value does not count. So if you're going to step it up, now's the time! As a little bit of advice, if you are going to role-play any previous material from your character's point of view (which is almost a given), make sure you have an equal amount that is original material. From this point on, the collar clock no longer applies, so bunker trips will not be necessary.
If anybody has any questions, now is the time to ask.
GO BIG OR GO HOME!

Oh man, the round definitely did not start at 11:59. New schedule for part two: begins at 2:30am PST Sunday, ends at 2:30am PST Wednesday. Of course, if you both manage to finish early, I will judge early. You two get two posts each, so make them count. Congratulations, of course.
As for this round, the judging was very, very difficult. You guys had a really good run, and it's a shame that the two of you had to be eliminated. I can get up Ashe's Teleporter post now, but Sophia is going to have to wait for his for a few days.

Judgment has been posted for the finale. I have a quick to-do list before the saga is completely wrapped up. The winner gets to RP finishing off their opponent, and after that, I will post the concluding Control Room post, as well as Sophia's Teleporter post. After that, prizes will be given out and starting Point Values will be revealed. I expect everything should be wrapped up in short order, and thus I will be able to return a couple of kidnapped characters after it's all said and done.

Well, that's that then. All Teleporter posts are up, and the Control Room RPs are completed. The prizes are listed and awarded, and all of the Official Bets have been awarded as well. Everything is all said and done.
Congratulations to our winner, the top three, the top five, hell, everybody.
Thank you so very much for being a part of my saga, and I sincerely hope it was fun and enjoyable for all of you. I appreciate your patience, participation, and support. It was truly an honor.
