I was pretty much unstoppable on my own.

By the time Lift is done, the vortex thing is ready to go, then I can Push, and by the time they recover from that, Lift is done recharging.

Nothing like lifting a fucker into midair, casually walking up, and then Explosive Shotgunning him in the face.

I was just not really impressed with Biotics in Mass Effect.

The only one I liked was Singularity, and only because its completely broken.

Mass Effect 2 looks like they've hardcore improved/replaced all the sucky parts of the first, I can't wait for it.

I'm convinced you guys just didn't take Biotics to high levels or something.

It starts out pretty "meh", but gets ridiculously fuckawesome later. Krogan going invincible? Lift his ass. Final boss jumping around like a retard? Put him in a Stasis field *that you can deal damage through*. Enemies at a distance doing the pop-from-cover shit and being annoying? Put a singularity at a central point between them and watch as they're all sucked from cover into the open for raping.

I guess you can say it was support because it more enables damage than does it, but saying it was "shit" compared to weaponry is just dumb. I had a pretty tough time on my Soldier the first time getting to 50. Taking an Adept the next time through, I blew through every difficult point like explosive diarrhea through single ply toilet paper.

It actually got to the point where I created a... I forget what they were, the tech/biotic hybrid on the hardest difficulty setting with nothing but a pistol for lulz because I was getting bored owning the shit out of everything.

I've had maxed Lift and Push and Warp. They definitely work, I just prefer using an actual gun.

Also, I didn't call them shit, so I shouldn't be lumped with Orion.
