Super Mafia Bros. World 4-1

Morning arrives in the Mushroom Kingdom and with it a feeling of dread. The townspeople gather, wondering who had lost their life last night. However, a quick headcount reveals that everyone is present. Some people cheer, either for a deathless night or over the supposed eradication of the Mafia. Others turn thoughtful. Why had no one died last night? Could there have been only a single Mafia member?

No... that couldn't be it. The note that Toadsworth had received clearly said "we". Maybe the Mafia were just playing a game with the town, waiting for their guards to drop and hope to swell before crushing them even lower than before.

The Day Phase starts now! It'll continue until Wednesday Midnight EST.

As soon as a sheriff came out, I realized that I was no longer top target. I'm thinking the doctor was Bowser, honestly. I'm guessing the logic was "Shell to protect" someone, or a Rammus taunt type thing.

That leaves, ultimately, Dehan as my suspected mafia. I'd call it almost certain given that he is again completely inactive and there was no mafia kill last night, which is an unfortunate way to end this game, to be honest.

Maybe he'll prove me wrong by next post, but I doubt we'll see him.

Well, as you all can see, I'm Mario. I survived. Here's the thing. Bunny says he's the sheriff and can see alignment. I'm calling bullshit on that one, since I'm town, and he lied to all of you and said he could tell I was mafia. Unfortunately, the ONLY way to prove I'm town for sure is for me to die.

I hope I don't end up sleeping with the fishes, but Bunny is clearly lying.

With the sun still cresting the horizon, Toadsworth walked into Toad Square. Lifting a scroll before him, he began to read the words upon it.

"In order to foster peace and rid the land of the menace of the Mafia Scourge, Princess Peach Toadstool hereby demands the death of the villian known as Koopa. Let him be hanged immediately and his body displayed in the main square to alleviate the fears of the populace."

Rolling the scroll back up, the brown Toad watched as the town sprang into action. Within moments, Koopa was hanging by his neck, shell dragging his body down and neck stretched almost comically. A quick search of the creature's body reveals a note, naming just two people as Mafia Members. Himself, and Luigi Mario. It seems as though the town has finally gotten rid of the killers and are safe at last. Hurrah!
