All sibling bias aside, I really like the simplicity of it. One pic with a nice smooth black outline, a calm background; nothing too busy, yet still interesting to look at by itself. The border is nice (and very easy to do I assume) and the text is simple - the focus is not on the name, but more on the picture and the background.

I like it, but my favorite part is the border and the way you did the name. Clean. As far as the pic and background goes, I didn't really see anything much different from your others. The only reason I noticed "new sig" was b/c of the name and border.
