I was making 16 an avatar thing and then I liked the outcome, so I decided to make a signature. Any input on it would be great, I thought it turned out nicely.

Where on the site does it say parameters for sigs and ave so I can look upon it in the future?

Sorry about the size I knew there was a perimeter just never knew what it was. What tricks are there to bring the size of a image down? I lowered the picture level for burters but cause most of the time I put it at 100% but then when u lower it, it makes the image pixilate if its do big.

Every image is actually a mathematical equation. A jpg contains 256 colors (more or fewer depending on the quality settings) and then the equation defines what color every pixel is.

The biggest difference in a gif and jpg is that the jpg stores all 256 colors, used or not. gif has what is called a "selective" palette. In that it only saves the colors that are used in it's image.
