New Tech and a couple of changes!

After reviewing the techs, we've made a couple of changes.

Zenkai Bonus - Previously, this power was supposed to provide a bonus to saga rewards. Except that no one ever remembered to use it. And, frankly, it wasn't really worth it considering how rare the tech is. It now provides a discount to training costs.

Healing - After looking over the actual description of Healing, it wasn't clear whether or not the intent was to have a tech that only healed others, or a tech that could heal everyone. Healing can now only be used to heal others.

And we have a new technique, as well:

Restoration - The yin to healing's yang. I guess. Restoration is a self-healing technique that lets a player heal themselves, but not heal others.

Additionally, if you already had the "Healing" technique, you'll be allowed to change it to Restoration, if you want, or keep it as the new Healing.

Wow, you guys just keep these announcements coming, don't you?

I like this change, as I never really saw Zenkai as a useful tech until now. I might actually spend some time on Kajin Rala to get it. Of course, it's still low on the list, but if I had some spare time. As for healing and restoration, I think it's good that these new changes were implemented, as I always saw healing as quite the overpowered technique. I do have one question on it, though; will people be allowed to have both healing and restoration?

They're both pretty hard to get, though.

Yes, you can learn healing from Linus and Sei.

Fusion and Teleportation can't be trained for. The rest can. You can even train for zankai bonus lol.

When was Fusion made no longer trainable? I remember it being trainable by Kaiosama and I believe Lord Vine.

I've never see it being trainable, and I've been here 6 years.

Too bad for forum wipes, eh? It was Vejita training with Raditzu, I believe, but not sure on if it was Rad or someone else. It ended up growing into a merger with a large scale saga, quite possibly the Lookout saga, but wasn't completely intended that way. It result when the two were killed from something else and they decided to train for it, and it grew from there.

It was those two and it did end up being used in the Lookout Saga. I was always under the impression that it was under the intent of a saga, though.
