Usually it's okay for zeni, but there has to be a reason - such as donating for sigs, helping someone buy something IC, or pooling money for alliance purchases.

The official ruling on items is that you're not allowed to give them away. You can, however, sell them for half of their shop buying price MINIMUM. But as I said before, it's not concrete, because sometimes people give stuff to other alliance members. It goes on a case-by-case scenario.

Yea. You can't give TPs unless they are in your alliance and are weaker then you. In which case, you do so via your roster, under "Sensei"

And yes, you DO have to be with them. While we can't nessecarily enforce it, it'd be lovely if you could not be lame and actually train them
