Looks good to me. Just don't abuse Tanzanite Cyclone. As in, just because you want to use it, doesn't necessarily mean the opponent will automatically be trapped in your cyclone. For example, you're pretty much not going to ensnare Rad in it.
By the way, your Gem Theme is awesome. Good stuff.

The moves are cool, but I especially like what you've done with Jewel. He had little to no personification, and you made him a being; with a theme. Based off the name, I presume? Nice job.
