Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Super Buu - 05-04-2008 Paragus Wrote:we should get a huge chubbs only free mode game going on Live. That would be awesome. All of us raising hell and fighting off coppers together. If nobody else has set this up by the time I find my wireless adapter (...which'll probably be a while, TBH), I will. Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Belle Hibiki - 05-05-2008 Hey this truck can actually go pretty fast. Hey is that the end of the highway? Is that a gas station?! OH GOD I CAN'T BRAKE! *boom* Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Hellfighter 17 - 05-05-2008 Did That Actually Happen? Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Sage - 05-05-2008 I just started working for... Matty? I think that's his name. And yes, Badman's deliberately incoherent. I fucking love Niko. He is such a badass. He's fucking ALPHA. VIP, bitches!! Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Rem-13 - 05-05-2008 Oh m god this sports car is amazing I can actually controll it oh shit this jump is insane oh god i landed in the ocean oh shit Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Belle Hibiki - 05-05-2008 Belle Hibiki Wrote:Hey this truck can actually go pretty fast. Yes. I also unlocked 'One Man Army' extremely easily by accidentally jumping down onto the train tracks underneath the bridge when I was fleeing those bastards that apparently can't stand you crossing over into the next city. The helicopter couldn't see me, and naturally the police couldn't get to me, so I just ran over to the next city.... couldn't lose my wanted rating, but at least I "survived" long enough to get the Achievement. Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Super Buu - 05-05-2008 Random tip. If you see a symbol that looks like a little person on your minimap, go to it. Am I the only one who can't complete Jacob's first phonecall 'job'? It seems impossible to get the car to the spot in time, it's so shitty. Given that I don't want to try it too many times because every time I fail he hates me more. Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Szar - 05-05-2008 I haven't tried it yet, but once I do I'll give ya' some pointers/bitch about how it's impossible, pending. Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Saz - 05-05-2008 Gotta say online isn't impressing me much so far. I've played acouple of player, freedom matches or whatever it's called, and team deathmatches, and one ranked deathmatch. It's just find an enemy, and point and shot, not much team work really involved. Also, in the deathmatch game, there was a 5 minute spell where everyone kept respawning in the middle of the battlefield, in the exact same spot, which was just carnage. Plus the host has an insane advantage. Oh and finally, three times now my game has froze and I've had to restart my 360, which is frustrating. The main story is fun, and you've got to appreciate the effort that's went into making this game. I think I need a bit more experience with the online play, but so far, not so great... Just go drinking with him if you fail to even it out. Also thank god for cabs in this game. It really made the missions bearable. Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Tempo - 05-05-2008 Tobias Wrote:Just go drinking with him if you fail to even it out. True that. I think i actually have more miles traveled as a cab passenger than driving. Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Hellfighter 17 - 05-05-2008 I've yet to be a passenger in the cabs once. Bra Wrote:I just started working for... Matty? I think that's his name.Manny? That guy is a major bitch. Super Buu Wrote:Random tip. If you see a symbol that looks like a little person on your minimap, go to it.Tip I got from a friend at work: you don't have to use that car, you can use a Feltzer or what have you. Also, I'm too lazy to do them. I did one of them and got rick-rolled by the police running over the money I needed to pick up, and I died while getting rid of them and trying to move the car. Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Super Buu - 05-06-2008 I've just started using the cabs, and damn are they handy. If you call Roman you can have a free cab in like 20 seconds, and you can skip it and pay nothing. It's the closest thing to a teleport. Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Rem-13 - 05-06-2008 Ein zwei drei, schecke schecke schweine.... Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Orion - 05-06-2008 I'm either buying this or Mario Kart Wii today. Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Hellfighter 17 - 05-06-2008 This, man - this. Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Super Buu - 05-06-2008 Mario Kart Wii is fantastic. Amazing. Get it. But over GTA 4? I really couldn't say which was my favourite. GTA has a load more depth, but it's a long, slow-burner compared to Mario Kart's instant fun. If you're playing solo, GTA, if you're getting a big group of friends around the TV, Mario Kart. Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Orion - 05-06-2008 Ended up getting GTAIV. THey didn't have Mario. Enjoying it so far. I'm on my first date with Michelle at the bowling alley. I don't know if it's just me or not, but even though I know Roman's a creep, I quite enjoy his character. Grand Theft Auto IV Spoilers - Kazuya - 05-06-2008 This thread makes me wanna bust open Vice City again. Gotta find the damned disk... |
