I wasn't staff until the end of December.
And this is what I remember (anyone can override me, this is just what I recall) but I believe that PC3 rewards were planned, but lost whenever the old Staff/Development forums were deleted. They were never handed out because they relied on the systems pertaining to the Turnover, which was close at hand. Then when all the information and planning went down the shitter, they rewards were shelved.
If I remember, DA:C didn't have any rewards and Burter didn't intend to give any out. Of course I'm not Burter, so I may be way out in left field.
I also think that participation in both sagas is a factor in the merit title things invented for when Turnover comes. Someone can try and dig up that thread if they care that much.
So all in all...my best advice would be to move on with your lives.
