Cold Shoulder
Sage can lower her skin temperature very far below freezing, causing intense pain to anyone who touches her. Brief contact, like a punch or kick, isn't likely to inflict anything more than discomfort at the frigid temperature, but extended contact, such as grappling, can cause frostbite if contact is maintained for more than a few seconds. Of course, the sensation of pain is usually enough for an adversary to break off the hold, thus preventing damage. As a result, it is a primarily defensive technique. This technique is not passive.

Break - By combining his precise control of ki with his ability to sense how it flows within others, Kaden can create piercing bolts of energy. Though this techniques deals no physical damage to his opponents, Kaden's Break can shatter and disperse stored energy. Doing so can keep someone from firing a powerful attack, weaken someone's defenses, or just piss someone off.

Portioned energy flows freely into whichever part of the body is attacking or blocking, almost instantaneously. This, effectively, transforms physical hand to hand combat into energy fighting, allowing Alex to play to his strengths.

Psychokinesis allows to imbue energy into objects. Ki specialization allows a further mastery of energy manipulation. Wh shouldn't i be allowed to load energy into my fists or my feet?

Revised and renamed.
Natural Flow- Portioned energy flows naturally and instantly to a single point of contact in the body, be it an attacking point or a defensive point, augmenting his physical body with energy. This leaves the rest of his body ordinary and weak, for example, if Alex and his opponent both strike each other simutaneously, the energy can only be transferred to a single point, leaving the other point ordinary. Being based on the will of the body, this technique is based around survival and preservation of the body, naturally the body takes a defensive preference and will transfer energy to defensive points of enemy attacks before offensive points.

Countermeasures, Mines and Barriers- Alex locates a substance that is in abundance in the surrounding area, be it grains of sands, blades of grass, small seperated chunks of asphalt, pine needles or something similar. Using his psychokinetic talents, he imbues a large amount of the substance with energy and controls the particles with his mind. From here he can either lift the objects into a singular barrier around him, shoot them off as distracting countermeasures, or randomly scatter them as energy mines.
Energy Gloves- Alex pulls a pair of old leather gloves from his inner jacket pocket and slides them onto his hands. From there, he augments the gloves with energy.
