There was more than enough time for waff to switch accounts between attacks. actually, since most of MB's attacks came during :42 and :44 - with most of :43 being used to switch between accounts - waff using both accounts is the most likely scenario.
Nobody takes these kinds of things seriously from you because you post things like this. God only knows how much you'd rage if people were actually cheating against you.

Ok. For the record, Waff hasn't been using Milk Bubble's account. I've been sitting about five feet from them since the game started.
Waff was also expecting to move you back to the Earth Federation because he thought he'd get a rise out of you. When you didn't actually say anything he just shrugged and left it.
EDIT: I'm unlocking this. I don't know if the "omg ur cheatering" is real or just Rod being... Rod, but I'll give him a chance to respond.

If she spent all of her turns in one shot, yeah, that's what it would have been.
If she used a couple then went back to the game, it wouldn't. Anyone who's ever actually been around her will tell you which is more likely.

But from everything I've observed, it's actually very likely that she started attacking, went back to CoH, and then Waff told her to stop being a hero and finish attacking. As Kaden said, it's very likely, me having witnessed her firsthand.

On a slightly related note, next round, rules and an announcement should be posted PRIOR to the game starting. Or at least somewhere in the vicinity of "simultaneously", not an hour after. It's been a huge game of catch-up from the start. I'm not whining, I'm doing fine as it is, but that was liek totally lame, u'know?

It's minutes, not seconds. With page loading time alone it's impossible to make four attacks per second.
