Its kinda hard for me to differentiate between cute and sexy because my definitions are nearly the same. what some consider 'sexy' i consider 'slutty' or just not cool. Like, for example. Fiddy cent has an awesome fucking body, but I wouldn't date him for anything, because he just reeks of stupid, arrogant prick. And i hate that. Its not cute or sexy. However, someone like say, hmm...its kinda hard to see past what I've got, because my man epitomizes both 'cute' and 'sexy', and i'm just at that point where I can't really see any other man as anything but another lump of flesh walking around. except for my homiez. But i don't really classify them as anything cute or sexy.

A cute girl can be sexy with the right clothes on, or lack thereof IF YOU CATCH MY DRIFT. I've never seen someone in lingerie and thought they looked cute, for example.
Personality (sorta) comes into play when you think about what it means to be attractive. At least for me, cute is a lot more approachable (and consequently, I am more attracted) than sexy.
All the girls I've ever known who loved to dress trendy and sexy, and just generally carry around with them an atmosphere of "I'm sexy and you know it" have been bitches. I'm sure that's a part of it too. I think of the term "attractive" as meaning someone I am attracted to, for whatever reason. In this case, looks are just the basis for other more important things. Attractiveness is a package.
