Questions about Quests - Orion - 02-20-2011

For all intents and purposes, a Job is separate from a Quest.

Questions about Quests - Sigfried Hunin - 02-20-2011

Ok, so if we were to propose a quest idea, where would be do this?

Questions about Quests - Orion - 02-20-2011

Right here.

Questions about Quests - Mal Nova - 02-22-2011

OK while theres a word requirement and all, how will we be able to know how many words we have made?

Questions about Quests - Alexander Trafford - 02-22-2011

Mal, get a Google ID and put the thread in Google Docs. That's what I do.

ETA: That way you can save as you're working, too. And it's in the cloud so anywhere with internet is a writing spot.

Words = number-of-spaces + 1

Not the most accurate way to calculate Word Count, but it'll do.

@Mal: Keep in mind that the word count is just a general suggestion. You don't have to have exactly X number of words. You can go a little under; you can go way over.

Questions about Quests - Mal Nova - 02-24-2011

I think I'll wind up going over all the time

Questions about Quests - Alura - 03-02-2011

Can I put a quest on hold during a saga? My quest in particular is fairly broad and long term so pausing in the middle (or even using the saga to further enhance it) shouldn't interupt my story.

Questions about Quests - Kaden - 03-02-2011

You still need to maintain your claim on a Quest. If you jump into a saga, though, and no one claims your Quest by the time you get out, I'd have no problem with you picking it back up.

When you complete a quest does the reward money get put into your CA like in sagas?

Questions about Quests - Jonathan Meer - 03-14-2011

Not the money, but the XP should, yes.

Questions about Quests - Celena - 03-14-2011

Sorry, let me rephrase that for clarification sake, does the reward XP from quests get put in your CA?

Questions about Quests - Alexander Trafford - 03-14-2011

Thank you, Alexander Meer.

Questions about Quests - Vad - 03-14-2011

It requires manual entry, but the XP rewarded from quests will be added to your CA.
