Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Jonathan Meer - 03-18-2011 Arose, Ja'ar, Hajimaru, and Alura are all considered defaulted and disqualified. Which actually works out fine. Instead of giving their opponents freebies (daw), we're gonna collapse the fights down into two new fights. New fights are: Shane Warnock vs Edward Reynolds || Orion vs Victoria Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Aero - 03-18-2011 this makes it from 16 to 12. what about when numbers become uneven? Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - John Doe - 03-18-2011 "The posts will follow as 'A, B, A, B,' where the first person to post also posts third, and the second person to post also posts last."

I think he more referred to the brackets. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - John Doe - 03-18-2011 Sigfried Hunin Wrote:I think he more referred to the brackets. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Piper Juunanagou - 03-18-2011 16 - 8 - 4 - 2 - 1 12 - 6 - 3 - ? That's Aero's question. He doesn't give a shit about the order in which people post in fights or who goes first. In the event that you're not mistaken and just trying to be balls, Doe, well, ehh
Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - John Doe - 03-18-2011 Oh, I wasn't referring to Aero's question earlier. I'm referring to Orsalis' recent post. Meer said he'd do it like this. 12 > 6 > 4 > 2. There will be six matches in the first round (four in the top bracket, two in the bottom) Three in the second (two in the top bracket and one in bottom) Two matches in the third (there will be 3 people left after round 2, so there will be a "loser" from the previous rounds that will be picked by vote or random selection that will get to fight again) Finally the fourth round finale. Ohhh, I see what you're saying. There's a 48 hour post window. It had been 50 hours and 17 minutes. Okay, I understand now. Danke. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Shane Warnock - 03-18-2011 Piper Juunanagou Wrote:Ah! Okay, I understand now. We'd probably have to vote for the "loser". Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Jonathan Meer - 03-18-2011 Yes, it will be a vote. I prefer the term 'wildcard' rather than 'loser.' Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - John Doe - 03-18-2011 The BIGGEST loser. I'm starting my post now, should be up right at the deadline. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Alura - 03-18-2011 For the record, I've been incredibly busy with school, work and...life. To put it bluntly. If you need actual reasons, feel free to IM me or Laura. But that's all I'll put out publically. I haven't been posting OOC, so I've been AWOL for a few days all together. I'd like to still be involved in some way. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Belle Hibiki - 03-19-2011 How strict for the word count? Because I'm like 50 over and that's kind of annoying as crap. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Mal Nova - 03-19-2011 it says if you are over then it will get cut off to the correct word count Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Belle Hibiki - 03-19-2011 tl;dr I read bad Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Aero - 03-19-2011 [BT:R1] Aero v. Belle is complete and ready for judgment. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Alexander Trafford - 03-19-2011 How does the judgement stuff work Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Sigfried Hunin - 03-19-2011 Yeah do we vote now or what? Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - John Doe - 03-19-2011 Alexander Trafford Wrote:How does the judgement stuff work "The winner of fights will be determined by a strict community vote. If a fight-vote results in a tie, a panel of three judges, who are not participating in the tournament, will break the tie. When a fight is finished, the vote-thread will be posted in the RPG Discussion. All votes must be accompanied by a reasonable comments-and-criticism, to indicate that the vote is legitimate, and results from an actual read-through of the fight."
