Nope. Once you've deleted them, that's it.
So, I suppose it depends on whether or not Tap confesses to this. Either way, I don't think you're in any OOC trouble (though I don't know how seriously Burter and others might take this), though I would certainly look out for a while IC. You haven't made any friends here.

This is really stupid. This happened in XT once, the Piccolo at the time giving all of our secrets out to Ragnarok, who was an enemy at the time. Personally, on the OOC part, I'd say that nothing should change, as this is really going to add to the drama of the situation. IC, yes, I agree that if everyone finds out In Character, that will cause for a load of hatred. But don't hold it OOC.

You don't seem to understand the distinction between OOC and IC. You're dead. You can't really add anything to the saga anymore. Perhaps you can throw around some ideas and such, but you are dead. Since you're dead IC, and OOC is not supposed to effect IC too heavily (or ideally, not at all), therefore you can not effect the saga.
But, you're free to talk about it. Go ahead. Just realize that your impression has already been made upon the saga, and there is not much more you can do to it.

Meh, I'm an honest man so I will tell you everything you need to know. I still have the PMs in my box which starts out with the first one he sent me, entitled, "I'm Claiming Treason" or something like that and telling me he was giving me information, I just said ok. And we havn't even discussed letting him in.
I am only telling you this because I'm an honest person, no other reason. If staff want, I can send you all the PMs or I can post them all here. I have every one of them. But not my sent ones. I think I do, I need to go check my box.
Edit: But I seriously think this was a little too far, if you did this IC it would be more worthwhile, this is kind of taking it to the next level.

This is nowhere near the first time I've seen this happen. It causes anger, but the point is this has happened before over the various generations here, and it will happen again. This is probably the third time or so I've seen it happen.
