Now? That was back in Super Metroid. Back in the day. Before you kids were running around with your fancy first-person shooters. Why, when I was a lad we could have taken that memory and made 50 games with it! And they would have been great games, too!

Tch, I'm ashamed to admit it but my first Metroid game was Fusion. It was love at first kill-everything-in sight. Since then I've gone back and played the others.
They weren't vital to completing the game. You could just find 'em if you poked around a little. Wall-jump was doable from the start of the game, just it's not in the instruction manual or anything and etecoons show you how to do it.
God, wall-jumping up that mine-shaft type place was hell.

We're not talking aboot the Chozo. These thingies (the smaller blue things are Etecoons). They're pretty much the only friendly creatures Samus encounters.
Dammit, what have I done? I've turned this topic into Metroid. Uhh, I'll post soon Celipa. >_>
