You might be, don't insult a whole country to make you feel better about yourself. I find that offensive because I am American and am neither cheap nor lazy. Only one person out of the many I know happens to be that way and he has a good excuse for it.

Compare yourself to a person your age in South America or Africa. I consider a 15 year old in Africa much less cheap & lazy than myself. America, in comparison to the rest of the world, is pretty damn cheap and lazy.
