And they'd base their entire character off of the XRS-9. That would be awesome.

I like sync weapons, especially the name above all else, but I'm not a fan of any of the "custom" items. By that I mean the named ones, not the gun. The gun is made of awesome.

With that wording and the way diminishing returns and stats work, is it correct to assume that waiting until you are higher up the ladder before purchasing these will gain you more of an effect in the end since that's when gaining stats is harder?
