Save the picture(s) onto your computer, then upload them to either here or here (I suggest the latter, as you can host there and find the URL over and over again). Next, both of those should give you an option of what URL to take; choose the one that has "[IMG]" at the beginning. Simply copy and paste that code into here and voila.
BTW, Ox King probably appears in >40 episodes. Oh, and I think he wants you to find some since you said you can't when they are not that hard if you try. o.O Maybe look here for some.
