So my room, if I get this right, is constructed fully of plastic, and I have a chip in me that won't allow me to move or has that been lifted, just need to know for RP purposes, I can stands still if that's how you guys want it.

I guess it's up to every one what exactly is inside their rooms and what they are made of. The only restrants are:
Cell Jr. is in a cell it self, purely because he is of unknown chemical form >.>
13 is in a room made of plastic
Rei is in restrants like Jugg's in X3
