Pc3 Q&a - Hellfighter 17 - 08-10-2006

It isn't necassary to read PCI to get PCIII. PCII has a much stronger connection, but even then, you don't. There are times when sides become gray, though; the surprise of the story is all you need. =)

Pc3 Q&a - John Doe - 08-10-2006

Do we have to return to Heaven/Hell after the saga?

Pc3 Q&a - Hellfighter 17 - 08-10-2006

Trunks and I have yet to discuss this, so at the present time, it's safe to assume so. We still need to work out how dead people can even come. >.>'

Pc3 Q&a - Orion - 08-10-2006

HF, get on AIM. I want to talk.

Yeah, HF got most of the questions right. As for the whole heaven/hell thing, for the most part, you will return to the afterlife. There might be special cirumstances that leave you in the mortal world, however.

Pc3 Q&a - Kaden - 08-21-2006

Obviously I'm not Trunks, but I would say Roleplaying and story progression will have the biggest impact, with stats influencing where your character fits in the story.

Pc3 Q&a - Orion - 08-21-2006

You better, KC. <3

Rad got the question right pretty much, Dracula Man. It'll be roleplaying skill judged by myself, HF and if 18 if she still wants to help out, and the story development. Although, what did you mean by "warfare?"

Pc3 Q&a - Burter Jr - 08-21-2006

I imagine it'll be allowed, but probably judged seperately, out of saga. In other words, this saga isn't based around that.

Pc3 Q&a - Sage - 08-21-2006

How awesome will the saga be?

Also, how long do you figure it will last, or are you just gonna play it by ear?

Pc3 Q&a - Orion - 08-22-2006

It'll be awesome.

Not sure. I'm just gonna play by ear.

Pc3 Q&a - Banned Dana - 08-22-2006

Any ideas on when this will start, or still up in the air?

Pc3 Q&a - Super Buu - 08-22-2006

I know you already had 'vague' down for the estimated time, but you reckon it'll be over by the 25th of September? I start University then, at which point my time online will drop drastically.

Will there be a post limit per round, or will it be similar to DA06?

Also, will you do those awesome events where you roleplay our characters? Those are my favourite parts of sagas. =D

Pc3 Q&a - Orion - 08-22-2006

Over by then? I'll be lucky if it starts by then. =p

Nah, it shouldn't be that late, but now it's looking like it'll start early September.

Like PCI, I'll impose post limits. This is to give me a workload that I can maintain, basically.

Yeah, I'm sure they'll be parts where I'll take the reigns of characters. =D

Pc3 Q&a - Banned Dana - 08-22-2006

the rewards. Will it be like PC I or is it going to be a bit stricter?

Pc3 Q&a - Orion - 08-22-2006

There's been talk in staff that some of the saga rewards have been a little too much. They might be a little smaller than PCI this time, but then again, I'll be basing rewards off your roleplaying skill. I'll be actively trying not to give out too much good stuff, but at the same time I won't rob you of something if I feel you deserve it.

There is something people forget all too well. You are not giving out 'too much' if everyone receives a little something for their efforts. It is only when a few people get, like, Positron Rifles, and everyone else just gets a plastic bracelet that they are given "too much".

I've always said not being stingy with Saga rewards is a good thing. Heck, in DBA, one can get rewards just for roleplaying regularly.

*shrugs* It is up to the person who runs the saga I guess, but I still think that giving EVERYONE a prize for their efforts is a good idea, and I don't just mean something like 5 zenni, or 1/100th of a Senzu Bean.

You have no idea what was said in the staff forum, and Trunks' post is far from a summary of what has been discussed. Next time it would be easier to just not waste everyone's time.

Pc3 Q&a - Kaden - 08-22-2006

... seriously?

I was talking to you. Your entire post is irrelivant since you're basing your advice on information you don't have.

Fifth post down.

He means like that.

BTW, Trunks, did I ever tell you how annoying it was to write Raditzu fighting Radius? I type "Radi" and I don't want to finish it with anything other than "tzu".

=(

Pc3 Q&a - Belle Hibiki - 08-22-2006

Request that Raditz' title be changed to 'fetish for tzu'.

And I'm looking forward to this saga as well, assuming that I'll be able to participate.

Do you expect there to be any 'down time' in the saga, or is it pretty much going to be a relentless push towards the finish?

Pc3 Q&a - Hellfighter 17 - 08-22-2006

Downtime? If you mean where it's just kinda people RPing with themselves and not a lot of story development, there probably won't be too much. Just a bit here and there. There's a lot of story to cover.

If you mean a lot of RPing period, I expect a fair amount.

Pc3 Q&a - Belle Hibiki - 08-22-2006

More the former than the latter. I'm not too versed in sagas here (I've only been in DA once), so I wasn't sure if there were points where - like in the show - some characters were waiting at a place like Kami's Lookout, or Guru's spire, or something like that.

Doesn't sound like it, though. Thanks!
