I was able to find it on their website, and they still have the page on the FB page, it just wont do anything.

OK.. Then here's what you do...
Go to FB... go to you account. Go to APPS and remove the Lol app thing.
Go to the LoL Page... Like it...
Create a new tab... Go to the League of Legends Page and do the thingy there.

It wouldn't work for me the first time I tried it. That was about a year ago. Then I tried an hour ago and it worked.
So my advice is this: wait a year and try again.

Yes I have tried this, they have detailed instructions on how to get it to work and still no luck.

Apparently she can throw her beads at people, some sort of bead-flame AoE, as well as some sort of support ability. They make it sound very Orianna.
Also, I've seen nothing to suggest they intend to bring her to NA/EU.
Pretty damn Korean to show "faith" that they are going to support the game in Korea. Seeing a lot about their Season 2 purse being spent pretty heavily in that market too.
