Mindfuck - John Doe - 08-09-2009

This thread is a mindfuck. I came expecting people give their best mindfucks, but then it turns into a "make fun of everyone but me" thread.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

Mindfuck: GOKU IS OOZARU!!!!!!!!

Mindfuck - Jack - 08-30-2009

Last 20 minutes of Knowing was completely jaw-dropping. A lot of people hated it apparently, but they are most likely Aethiest dickhead losers that hated the (admittedly hamfisted) Biblical/Scientology undertones. This had potential to be the biggest movie mindfuck ever had I not stumbled upon a stream of it with 2 minutes to go last night.

Nevertheless, beautiful stuff.

Why you gotta be picking on the Atheists mang? We'll cut you.

Imagine the guy in Kami's sig flipping open a fifties switchblade.

Paul Simonon, (the guy smashing the bass, different from the guy in the avatar [Joe Strummer] but the same band) and yes he probably would.

Some kind of dragon thing? The kraken? I give up.

Mindfuck - Jack - 08-31-2009

The tree is outlining a baby's foot on the upper right.

Mindfuck - Super Buu - 08-31-2009

Ahh, I don't think I would've seen that without it being pointed out to me. I suck pretty hard at noticing things.

Mindfuck - Orion - 08-31-2009

I still don't see it.

I didn't hate it because of the biblical imagery, I hated it because it was the stupidest plot twist imaginable.

WHY is it aliens? Aliens did all this shit? They knew the end was coming? If they did, why not just tell us? Why implant a code into a girl's head like sixty years in the past that MAKES HER GO CRAZY as some weird attempt to warn us? And if it wasn't to warn us, as it was apparently inevitable, why do it in the FIRST PLACE? Why not just yank the kids off the planet? Why go through this stupid, overly complicated ordeal?

Know1ing was a terrible, fucking awful movie. It was interesting for a while, but once "zomg aliens" happened.... Christ.

I was laughing when the end credits rolled. Literally laughing my ASS off because it was just so stupid and heavy-handed.

Mindfuck - Jack - 08-31-2009

Oh the movie was bad. Really bad. Like way too long, useless scenes, pretty stupid script, those children couldn't act for shit, etc. If I didn't know how it was going to end beforehand, I would never have finished it.

*I don't think the aliens orchestrated anything but to get some children off the planet. If they were there from the beginning doing stuff, we would have seen them while the movie was still in 1959. All the kids that were writing and hearing things had a gift I thought, and the aliens chose them because of that, not made them that way.

**If anything the cgi and scope should have floored you, YOU GRUMPY OLD PRUDE.

Mindfuck: Disney bought Marvel. That's...really weird. I suppose I have more reasons to watch the Disney Channel now, though. And man, I bet now a future Kingdom Hearts game is going to have Marvel characters. I CALL IT!

EDIT: I wonder how this'll effect censorship in Marvel? If at all? Disney may decide just to leave at as and just tweak a few things here and there. Also, here's to hoping no more Joe Quesada! Big Grin

Finding out your family doesn't care.

The censorship in the comic book industry is already pretty hardcore. I think it'd be tough to make it worse.

I remember when Todd McFarlane penned some crossover and he kept getting into trouble because his ideas were all too graphic. God forbid.
