If a combat day was to happen right now, every single person who has not already entered a bunker would be dead afterwards, right? Combat Days last 48 hours, which would put us at Thursday 12:00 AM PST, nearly, and kill everyone.
That, or is a Combat Day only 1 day IC, so the deadline for the bunkers gets pushed back a day? Meaning, are Combat Days elongated(sp.) days?

Combat Days are 48 OOC hours. If a Combat Day were to happen right now, yes, it would end on Thursday 12:00 AM, right as the collars would detonate. So, again, yes, everyone who did not enter a bunker would be killed. Everything works on OOC time.

In your reminder, you said that having a Ki Knife is fine as it also fires Ki just like a rifle (which is really awesome, by the way; I can imagine some really creative moves with that =D). However, I personally intended to have a set of knives instead of just one.
I am wondering if that is alright or if there needs to be only a single one?

Silencers for an energy weapon?
They couldn't possibly work in the traditional sense. You'd probably have to insulate the housing of whatever the power source was. It would make your gun quite heavy, and unwieldy.
But hey this is DBZ, right? Maybe there's like a soundproofing forcefield or something equally contrived you can put on the gun.

Electronic Dampening System:
By sending electrical currents through the energy cartridge used in firing the weapon it removes the need to violently excite the particle ammunition when firing. By keeping the energy at a ready state this allows for a smooth firing mechanism and thus reduces noise level dramatically. This noise dampening mechanism comes at the price of accuracy and range.

You can make it a set; that's fine.

If you brought them with you, if they were on your person when you entered the DA complex, you can use them. If they're created by Metal Binding, that's also permissible because it's an Ability.

Didn't really think about that. Whatever you make your rifle the first time is what it is. No upgrades. Like, Piper made his into a sniper rifle, so it's always going to be a sniper rifle. If you make yours a machine gun, it's always going to be a machine gun that only fires ki bullets. If you want it to be a pistol with a silencer already on it, then make it a pistol with a silencer already on it.

No, because that's part of Reb's DA. In the old 2005 DA, they used to give out storyline injuries, such as when Pan was blinded, although that was a rarity and not really the norm. If you guys would like, I can injure your characters for you for fodder purposes. Frozen, for example, has made such a request. But aside from that, there won't be any "major/minor" injuries that affect your odds.

If someone were to lose a fight, could they not just RP themselves having wounds as fodder?
