EDIT: Posted finally. I hope I did alright, I wasn't sure what the restraints were as far as the technology limiting her powers, so I made it a collar. Vic is healing very slowly. Yes, I made a spoof, if anyone notices...I couldn't help it! Vic will not surrender, but she is in a lot of pain, and very broken as far as her spunky attitude goes.
If you don't know what the deal with the lights is...basically there are 4 lights, but the man insists there are 5. If the person gives in and says there are 5, they are basically giving in to the torture and being broken, so they'll give up information. But Vic is strong willed, and will not make a bad name for her team or her job.

Yeah but I need to focus to post, and my fiance and I had a fight, my mother and brother put me in the middle of a fight, my cat clawed the shit out of my hand, and I have to work 6 days a week on top of it all. It is NOT easy to post while moving.
