Of the Flood and Metroids - Tobias - 07-02-2005 If I can fnucking get it working yea. Of the Flood and Metroids - Hellfighter 17 - 07-03-2005 Quote:Originally posted by BurterDoesn't take away form the humour of it all. *hasn't read thread* Of the Flood and Metroids - Bra - 07-03-2005 Incendiary grenades or flamethrowers would be completely useless in a game like Halo. Think about it for a second. Not only are the dudes literally encased in a ton of armor, but there's shields that surround that armor. First off, flames couldn't possibly penetrate the shielding, and even if they somehow did, there's still a ton of metal in between the flames and the Halo-guy. Although, chucking white phosphorous grenades at a grunt would be sadistically hilarious. And just for the record; the pistol was made less effective on purpose; Bungie botched almost all the weapon designs in the original Halo, and were trying to make them more realistic in Halo 2. I mean, shoot, in the original, I managed to snipe someone off with a shotgun. Not even joking. And it's physically impossible. Even if I was to hit someone from that distance in real life, the buckshot/birdshot/whatever wouldn't be moving fast enough to cause anything more than a welt in even the most extreme circumstances. Of the Flood and Metroids - The Not Cool Not Tapion - 07-03-2005 Well, the metal would heat up from the flamethrower and would burn their skin but if you notice, their arms and faces are open to air (covenant), humans are totally exposed besides Master Chief and flood are...well..yeah. Of the Flood and Metroids - The Not Cool Not Tapion - 07-03-2005 xD Everytime I get to Unfreaking Believable, I die one kill away. ONE FUCKING KILL AWAY. Of the Flood and Metroids - Hellfighter 17 - 07-03-2005 Rock will die. I like to listen to it very much, especially at work, but that doesn't mean that it is invulnerable to the constants of human "fads." I know that you were just syaing that 'cause you like it, but I'm bored. *shrug* Of the Flood and Metroids - Hellfighter 17 - 07-03-2005 Quote:Originally posted by Hell Fighter 17I am anxious for tomorrow, but bored. =/ Of the Flood and Metroids - Krillin - 07-03-2005 That clown scene in "Finding Neverland" is very creepy. I'm not a full-blown clownphobic, but I can certainly understand that fear. I typed this entire post with just my right hand. I have a pop tart in my other hand.
Of the Flood and Metroids - The Not Cool Not Tapion - 07-03-2005 Quote:Originally posted by Krillin Oh. I wasn't expecting the pop tart line. When I just read that you typed with your right hand I was worried...O_o Of the Flood and Metroids - Tobias - 07-03-2005 Is pop-tart some crazy new slang for penis? Of the Flood and Metroids - The Not Cool Not Tapion - 07-03-2005 xD That's what I thought. Garlic, dude, I go to my dad's today. That means me=play Xbox Live. Join me. What is your gamertag, fool. I'll be playing Halo 2, of course.
