I tried to move Fusion earlier towards Vejita.
Burter told me that since I'm a Lt and he hasn't been told yet that I'm allowed, since there is a much higher ranking officer in our group.
So yeah, that's where it ends.

Oh, and I'd probably wait on Fusion movements a little longer just to see if Vegeta joins up with us.
If he does then you can use the movements for something else.
Vegeta will be the last defectee we will be accepting, with the exception of Rad if we can get our hands on him.

No. You clearly didn't read the rules for capturing neutral bases.
You get it by taking the bases. Then you get the land around the land.
I accidentally gave you the wrong square, so it's fixed now.
