Nah, the people would have a field day with sueings if you could sue for that, and just that.
They claim the village that they taped the foreign scenes in...the village thought it was a documentary, or some such shit. And so they were unknowingly filmed.
Also, the frat boys they were drinking with claimed to know nothing about the movie. And are also sueing.

Yeah, I'd probably be fine with being in a movie, like Krillin said, but if I lost a job over it (because they lied to me, no less) I would be seriously pissed.
Now, if I made the choice knowing I would get fired, aight, whatev'. Its on me, then.

There is more then that.
People who were totally wasted said some things without even being known they were filmed: things they'd have never said sober.
If someone said "be in our movie and be offensive" it'd be different. They didn't do that.
