I used CrapCleaner and I think it did the trick. I clean out my files and defragment several times a week already, though.

Defrag and adaware does the trick. Disc cleanup and just go into your add/remove files in the control panel and remove any unwanted programs. Instant success.

I disk clean-up whenever I defragment, but I haven't removed any programmes in a while.
