It's a bit expensive if you don't have any mp5, but it's the only spell you really need to use.

Runes and a Doran's can pretty easily cover most of your in-lane mana expenses. A Catalyst will take care of the rest.

Dear Riot spies(I know you're lurking on Chubbs somewhere) I formally request a caster that never stops casting. Cooldowns are the gay. I want to click things, and do damage to them, then click them again and do more damage with a slightly different animation. I demand Sona and Brand be fused together. Make it happen.

Xerath's Q ends up at around a 3 second cooldown
and while he isn't exactly a caster, Ezreal's Q is like a 1 second cooldown if you hit something with it.

Agree.
His voice is stupid, though. I was expecting like, an 'awesome' like, teenage pop star-type voice in the lines of that one famous kid. I was pretty upset when he blatantly had the Wukong voice.
On that note, I demand Pop Star Ezreal.
