There are weaknesses. One can still be sensed.
Further, the energy required to sustain this sort of thing can be scaled accordingly.
Finally, it would be a difficult Tech to get.
After all, Teleportation could very easily be abused; Raditzu, with his speed, could simply teleport out of the way of any attack. But he doesn't, because god-modding is successfully discouraged, and I think the same sort of restraint would exist here as well.
