Does that include sign-ups as well or is it limited to only when the sign-ups are concluded and the saga proper actually starts?

And yes, Tamsin, if you wish to finish something before the saga, simply complete it by the due date, but allow yourself ample time to actually sign up. Otherwise, little of it will matter in the end. =)

If I don't specify something, then just assume you can do it.
