Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Victoria - 03-21-2011 Mine woulda been longer haha. I'll post as soon as I can. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Vad - 03-21-2011 I like where this is going. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Orsalis - 03-22-2011 Can I get that C&C thread? They've obviously decided to not fight. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Ja'ar - 03-22-2011 I have been cramming 15 credit hours and having a time at it, so it seems I didn't make the cut. Some involvement would be nice if there is anything else to do? Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Jonathan Meer - 03-22-2011 Each of the topics is being voted upon to determine the winner; you can participate in that. You'd need to read the fights, then select who you think is the victor with regard to writing/stylistic prowess. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Ja'ar - 03-22-2011 Can do. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Shou - 03-23-2011 I'm going to fulfill my obligation to judge. I wanted to give Mino/Alex a run for his money, but monday morning was met with an insane 8 hour ride back from south padre (w00t! spring break for the 2nd time this year!) & I work a swing shift schedule and run a tight lifestyle schedule (lol, lifestyle schedule) & could only cough up half the post workload before I passed out on my desk. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Belle Hibiki - 03-23-2011 Can we get an updated set of brackets in the OP? Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Jonathan Meer - 03-23-2011 No, because the program doesn't really allow for it. (being as it isn't a power of 2) I'm going to see what I can do about it though. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Orsalis - 03-23-2011 I thought maybe the "by" could do an NPC fight. Just something so you can have "brackets" and then also give them some kind of task to get the by. Just an idea. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Jonathan Meer - 03-23-2011 I'm wholly against npc fights. There will be no bye. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Sigfried Hunin - 03-23-2011 Wont there have to be with the brackets as they are? Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Jonathan Meer - 03-23-2011 No; I've got it figured out. It was already announced earlier in this thread and I'm too lazy to rehash it =x Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - John Doe - 03-23-2011 John Doe Wrote:Meer said he'd do it like this. 12 > 6 > 4 > 2. Edit: WILDCARD!!!111 Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Orsalis - 03-23-2011 Yeah, see, the loser that get's to fight again is what I was referring to. At least I'm not crazy. EDIT: Yo, if anybody wants to set up an RP between rounds I am so up for it. I really need to loosen up as Orsalis and get into character. Winners, losers, it can be kept vague, you know? Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Jonathan Meer - 03-23-2011 Ignore the brackets. They are currently meaningless. The match-ups for the next two rounds will be decided by RNG. The brackets will be reinstituted for the semi-finals and finals. (This would really be so much easier if people that signed up actually participated.) EDIT: The person who will fight the wildcard will be decided by popular vote alongside the selection of the wildcard; sort of a 'dream match' scenario. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Sigfried Hunin - 03-24-2011 Not that it would have been an easy fight no matter how it went, I'm just terrified of fighting Ed. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Victoria - 03-24-2011 Aren't we all? Actually, no, if I continue on, that fight would be fun xD. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Sigfried Hunin - 03-25-2011 Jonathan Meer Wrote:All participants are expected to vote in at least three fights per round. If a person does not fulfill this obligation, the voting result for their fight will be docked for each missing fight-grade, along with further penalties at my discrimination. So uh, just to remind ya'll. Budokai Tenkaichi I - General Discussion and Brackets - Orion - 03-25-2011 Holy shit, did not see that. Will get right on it. |
