Probably made it to the finale, and do fairly way. Lookin at 5-8 finish, off the top of my head. Barring a great rp, which could push you into Final 4.

It used to be lack of growth. Rad was always the same. He never learned anything new that would affect him even the slightest.
But that changed when he managed to make his alliance implode.

Same as Raditzu. Lack of growth.
Also used to be lack of development, but eventually you had Krillin kind of become aware of the surroundings and adjust to it.
