I don't think power-ups are so important they will make or break the game. But yes, x10 will give less of an advantage then a x25

There's a weapon list in the Records forum, stickied at the top. Everyone will be assigned one to start off with. You'll get more as you beat more people
Shock Rifle is just a gun that shoots electricity, effectively frying it's target

I took my time and read the rules thread. It says no weapons canm be found. You told me I could find a deck some where. I know they wont help me and all, but would they be able to deal a death?

Finding a fork or a deck of cards or something is no big deal. There are houses, it's okay to find some stuff to play with. No, you can't find weapons, so if you find cards, they can't be used as weapons
A huge vocabulary is good, I suppose, to give details to things, but if it's so big that I can't understand what's going on, then that's a problem
