The Like/Hate Thread - Tyr - 07-19-2010
Like: I found the Batman Beyond movie in the collection and while the 'reason' of the movie was bad, the background story of it was so good I couldn't help myself but like it.
Hate: Batman anime movie. Just fucking no movie makers. NO.

You talking about theone that was like several animatedshorts? Cuz that one was bad ass
The Like/Hate Thread - Tyr - 07-19-2010
It was several animated pieces yeah, they all held a very similar animation style to anime though. I swore I had accidentally skipped to a hidden episode of Neon Genesis Evangelion or something half-way through the movie.

Loved: The Lovely Bones. Amazing movie, in my humblest opinion. I greatly enjoyed it.

I swore I had accidentally skipped to a hidden episode of Neon Genesis Evangelion or something half-way through the movie.it was inspired by the animatrix: the flagship franchise is licensed to a number of Jap studios each doing a short that takes place between two theatrical films (reloaded & revolutions, and batman begins & dark knight).
what was wrong with gotham knight? i thought it was (mostly) good. :[
The Like/Hate Thread - Tyr - 07-19-2010
That might actually be it. I didn't 'get' Animatrix either. Then again I came from just having finished Batman Beyond and I'm only now going to start on what I'm guessing is what this movie was aiming for series wise. With Animatrix I didn't watch it in context either, I just watched it randomly and was '... yeah okay.'

There is no context, it's just awesome shit you watch and enjoy. How could you not like Gotham Knight, I probably like that better than both the Nolan films

So i was talking to my old youth pastor on face book today. And she said she needed to get out of this town more often. And I said yeah Itll suck the fuck out of you. When I meant to type FUN but my stupid mozilla decided it wanted to say FUCK instead....Yeah....Akward glances soon followed when we ran into each other in town.

I like my last post, it's so hot and yet so vague. Plus, I wrote so much, it's great.

I hate flies. I have no idea where the hell they come from (my guess is one of my windows has a loose screen or some BS) , but I've been butchering so many of them in such horrifying ways that I think it'd make Adolf Hitler blush.
The Like/Hate Thread - Piper Juunanagou - 07-20-2010
While I'm too bored to navigate from the forums:
Like - I walked into Walmart today (which is one of the few times in the last few weeks in which I've gone anyway save on a jog or something) and I see an ad on one of those security machines in front of the doors for Starcraft II - Wings of Liberty. I turn to my friend and joke about the release date only to see that it is coming out next week.
I then promptly shat my pants and felt as if I'd been under a rock for the last month. Then I jumped up and did a heel click and all was sunshine.
The Like/Hate Thread - Super Buu - 07-20-2010
Like: Now I have a job I'll actually have enough money within a few months to buy a new computer so I can play awesome games like Starcraft 2.
