Which wasn't needed and doesn't contribute. Thus, spam. You can always ask for an altering to a decision form a higher up unless it was made by an admin. This could be taken away if abused, though.

He's got the small vest/open chest, the baggy pants, the white hair, and the youthful look that I've been rp'ing him as having. All that this would change would be that his muscles woudn't be as large, which is how I rp him, his hair would be cut, and he'd have a bit more of a tan.
Anyway I can use this as Thirteen's new look?

I don't mind the pic, 13, except he looks a little too young and boyish. However, he has the white hair and the similar clothing. Thing is, 13 was an android, not like 17 or 18. I don't think he ever had a younger self. Unless there is proof of that? Or you have an explaination as to why he looks younger?

The whole idea is that my shapechanging, mixed with body split, and metal binding has altered his appearence, thus why he looked younger.
If this doesn't fly, that's cool with me.
EDIT: I'll also be rp'ing this happening, it's not like I'm just going to have him go from older version to younger.
