EDIT: I do have a question though, are we going to get any TP or Zeni as well as the technique, or is it just the technique?

They don't want you to overrule anything. They just don't want me grading theirs, 'cause I guess a couple spars worth of posts is enough for a decent technique in their eyes.
I'm currently reading Rad's and Violet's, as neither have requested another to grade theirs.
