If I'm holding a water balloon and you grab it to take it away, I could just squeeze it to make it pop. That's the idea.
EDIT: If I had thought of that metaphor when writing my first post, that's definitely what I would have lead with.
EDIT2: And yeah, both parties would get wet. EDIT3: Assuming the ki is being absorbed through touch. So... many... edits. Sorry.

Plank - Nibbles makes a solid block of ki. It can be as soft as water or as hard as steel. Its about the size of a book. Its unmove-able but it can be broken like any of the materials it mimics. Like all his ki formations Nibbles can pass through it effortlessly.

When you say "unmoveable" do you mean in the same way as the previous tech was unmoveable? The intention is to have Nibbles pick it up and smack people with it, right?

That was never the intention. Just a funny side tactic I tacked on. By unmoveable I mean it doesn't move from where it is formed.

Eradication - Victoria has trained her regeneration to a higher degree, she can supercharge the healing ki in her body for inner healing. Because of this, her regeneration has a way of defending and eradicating foreign substances within her body and her ki flow. First the healing ki will begin to neutralize poisons, infections, or anything that would be deemed harmful. Secondly the more she is affected by a person’s negative energy the more her body will adapt to it. For example, something like Venomous Ki will have less of an effect on her if it is constantly used in a fight. Once she ceases the technique her body will stop defending and remembering the substances, thus, making her vulnerable in the next fight should one occur, repeating the process.

Kaden: I think I would prefer for you to use the second Alternate of your Rebuke technique, requiring Ki Absorption be learned. I view it as Ki Sense helping you realize the Ki stream is being stolen, and then Ki Absorption needed to reintegrate your Ki. There'd be a power struggle involved that would require both to focus. I'm not comfortable with the detonation unless you had Psychokinesis, as I'm imagining a sorta Rogue grabbing Gambit type scenario there.
Belle: I am reviewing one of your moves right now. Specifically, Energy Hole. I like the application, but I think that it should have some kind of short term (ten seconds or so, to use reactively) duration with a very low 1PP cost to it. If its as I'm reading it, you are essentially holding up one hand with a god mode ball that will absorb any incoming Ki attacks during the fight, and then additionally add the strength to your own. I don't like what this does to Ki focused fighters any more than if a pure hand to hand fighter went against someone who tried to make a Ki Shield that prevented anyone from getting within close quarters for a large portion of the fight.

Forward - Juno has learned to not only see the future, but to transfer his physical form to the time and place in which the vision is taking place. This can only be done through careful concentration, and it should be noted that while in the future, Juno will not be able to interact with anyone there, nor will they take any notice of him.
I'd be willing to attach a PP cost to that. Also:
Intercept - Allows Juno to use his Possession to alter a person's choice based upon something he has seen through Foresight. Most often, this is used as a method of changing the outcome events in the long-term. This works like regular Possession, however, in that it requires touch. Juno's tech Detach is required for this to be used effectively.
Pause - An upgrade to Juno's Forward, this gives Juno the ability to Possess someone in the future, or use a custom technique that is an application of the aforementioned Possession. This interaction is only allowed due to the astral nature of both Foresight and Possession.

I'm not sure on the others, but I'm gonna nix Pause. Too abusable. Essentially time traveling to any point you wish and completely controlling someone in another time? I see a lot of possible problems with this.

But once i have the water balloon, you can no longer pop it. Me absorbing your energy is the same as me completely removing the water balloon from your possession. If you detonated it while it was transferring, alright, but if you detonated it after it had already been absorbed, then that makes absolutely no sense.
If i take the water balloon from you entirely, and it is entirely in my possession and no longer in yours, then you cannot make it pop without trying to steal it back from me, which would require ki absorption, right?

Energy Transformation - This technique is used in conjuncture with Ki Absorption and/or Siphon, Ki Specialization and Psychokinesis. As energy is transferred from an opponent to himself, Alexander immediately augments some of his own energy into his opponent’s energy so that, as soon as his opponent’s energy leaves the opponent’s body, it becomes Alexander’s energy, and falls under his control, as opposed to the control of his opponent. This prevents any last-ditch efforts his opponent may utilize to block the transfer of their already-absorbed energy.
