Android Barrier - a technique where energy is thrust out from the body in the form of a barrier with great force. The barrier can be used to both defend against oncoming projectiles and to expand and damage its surroundings

Ying and Yang - Victoria positions her hands palms facing north and south in front of her body. Energy forms within the space between her hands, black on top of white. She pulls her hands apart once the two sources of energy have reached fruition. She lowers her hand encased with white energy to her side, and fires the black energy as a beam toward her target. It polarizes their body with negative energy, only damaging them slightly. The real point to the attack is that Victoria’s charged hand will pack more of a punch, since the white positive energy in her fist will be pulled in toward the targets body when she attacks. [Requires Venomous ki]
Energy Expulsion – Upon using Ying and Yang, Victoria can release the positive energy in her hand and send it toward the polarized target. Because of the attraction in the two charges the white energy is pulled toward the negatively afflicted person. It will hone in on the target and explode upon contact causing basic attack damage. Although not entirely devastating, it can prove annoying.
Magnetism – After using Ying and Yang Victoria can use the white positive energy in her hand to guide her toward where the target may be. This is useful for enemies who can disappear, although the pull is weak the further away the target is. If they exceed a distance of twenty yards the move is rendered useless. When they are close Vic can feel a tug on her hand. Her reaction time is slow, but she can direct team mates toward the direction of their enemy, or attempt to dodge.

The Empathy you posted before was priced by Kaden at 10 if it needed focusing and 30 if it was passive. I'm going to use that price.

Reword that from "give off one's own feelings" to "influence" and we might consider it. I want to avoid going into the "controlling someone else's character" aspect.

'Give off Ones Feelings'- means to let another feel what Nova is feeling. I can change to specify that, if you like.

Inner Image
With the use of telepathy Carter can enter his opponents mind. From there he then manifests an image of himself, his own spirit fighter, which is able to mentally assault his foe. Carter usually only uses it in the mix of physical attacks which leads to confusion for the other fighter. The mental fighter’s strikes cause’s slight pain such as aches, light headedness, strains, and in some occasions in which Carter is really focusing his Inner Image effects such as actual physical wounds due to the minds belief that the image is actually causing them harm.
